By acceptance of these policies, All Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owners, directors, representatives and employees of PT Sinar Gili trading as Sunrise Gili Air, from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guests, occupants, and licensees of Guests. PT Sinar Gili recommends that Guests obtain and carry insurance to protect personal property and health.
Guests or their personal property, whether owned or rented, are not insured by PT Sinar Gili against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause.
Damage by force majeure risk or acts of nature beyond control f.e. any travel interuptions to get to stay or to leave Sunrise Gili Air do to bad wheather conditions are foreclosed from any liabilitiy to confirmed check-in and check-out dates. The same cancelation policies are applied.

Any extension is subject to prior arrangement at the discretion of hotel management.
All prices are subject to 10% government tax. Rates include breakfast. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmation of each room booking is subject to room availability and on "first come first served" basis. Rates are per night per room for up to 2 people, including breakfast, except for the Family Suite. Any additional person/breakfast is charged. extra depending on season/age.
Copy of KITAS need to be provided on check-in
10% room discount on the base rate.

We're providing per day 1x fresh pool-beach towel for each of our hotel guests.
A deposit payment of IDR 200.000,- on check-in for each towel is mandatory.
Daily exchange of towels can only be done at our reception.
Lost towels are not refundable.

No fee is charged for cancellation or alteration of dates up to 3x days before confirmed arrival date. No show fee, departure prior or arrival after one day of the reserved dates: 100% of 1x night will be charged. Unless the alteration of dates is agreed and confirmed by the hotel. In case of no show for a booking of 3x nights or more we'll charge the full amount of the reservation. Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate in case of one day earlier check-out or 50% of the total residual booking value for more then one day earlier check-out.
No refund of the necessary deposit payment for any cancelations of Villa Taba.
